SHIPPING ORDER STATUS
Registered Customers and Customers who have made a purchase as a guest will be able to request the status of all orders placed by sending an email to contact@noova.it.

ORDER CHANGES
We remind customers that once an order has been placed for available items, changes cannot be made to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

EU COUNTRIES
For European Union member countries, shipping costs 10 euros. NOOVA delivers to most countries in 4-5 business days.

EXTRA UE COUNTRIES
